Copyright Permission Requests
To request copyright permission to use ALLY BOOKS material (for publication, photocopying, TV or other use), please email us with the following information and as much additional detail as possible:
Personal/Company Details Your Name Company or School Name if applicable Your Address (no post office boxes) Your telephone number with dial code Your email address Details of the material Book Author ISBN Any specific details to assist us in finding the material you are requesting such as page number etc. How you intend to use the material As much details as possible about the project including time-scales, urgency etc Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing your request. If you are a media/TV company and need permission urgently, please indicate this in your email. |
Copyright
Copyright is the legal entitlement of a creator of an original work to own and control distribution of that work. Copyright lasts for the life of the creator plus 70 years, after which time it will enter the public domain. Whilst copyright still applies, however, permission must be sought to reproduce material created or published by ALLY BOOKS. For more information on copyright, please refer to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1998. There are circumstances under which copyright permission is not necessary.
